MILLARD Jonathan David (Independent): 239 votes
POWELL Jonathan (Green Party/Plaid Werdd) 33 votes
SMITH Amy (Welsh Labour / Llafur Cymru) 124 votes.
Jonathan David Millard was elected to Blaenau Gwent Council to represent the Ebbw Vale South Ward.
