Meet our Current Youth Mayor and Deputy Youth Mayor

Ellie Colwell-Youth Mayor for Blaenau Gwent
“Joining the Youth Forum is such a fulfilling experience. I get to be involved in my community and make a difference to everyone’s lives through the voices of young people. I have learned so much about neurodiversity and global warming. I am also able to use my own experience to champion change, especially with priority of bereavement awareness, mental health and estranged children. I can use my misfortune to make a difference for others just like me!”

Chase Campbell-Deputy Youth Mayor Blaenau Gwent
“I am passionate about being part of the Youth Forum and Welsh Youth Parliament where I am working on priorities such as the cost-of-living crisis."
