Safeguarding is about protecting children and adults from abuse or neglect and educating those around them to recognise the signs and dangers. Safeguarding is everybody’s responsibility. If you are interested in having your say on issues that affect you or your community then please consider joining one of our Engagement Groups. We have a Citizen Panel for all residents, an Access for All Forum for those interested in or affected by equality issues, a Youth Forum for 11 to 25 year olds and a 50+ Engagement Group for those over 50.
