Notice is hereby given that the Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council propose to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and all other enabling powers the effect of which will be:
1. To prohibit vehicle movements travelling in a westerly direction as set out in this notice – Hafodarthen Estate from its junction with Mount Pleasant Estate to its junction with Mount Pleasant Estate as set out in this notice.
Full details of these proposals are in the draft Order which, together with a plan showing the length of road to which the order will apply along with a statement of the reasons. The draft Order is available on the Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council website and will be so until the expiration date of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
If you wish to object to the proposals you will need to send the grounds for objection in writing to Infrastructure Services, Blaenau Gwent CBC, General Offices, Steelworks Road, Ebbw Vale, NP23 6DN or email to BSEnvAndRegen@blaenau-gwent.gov.uk to be received by 19 February 2026. Any objection received after that date will not be considered.
