Managing your Housing Benefit and Council Tax reduction online is quick and easy.

What you will need? 

  • Your Housing Benefit/Council Tax Reduction Claim Number to report a change of address, change of circumstances, register for online letters and view your online letters.

Before you start

The Benefit Section will usually make a decision within 14 days. If they need any further information, they will contact you.

You can save and return to your application at a later date if you need to.
