Corporate Plan
The Corporate Plan sets out the vision, values and priorities for Blaenau Gwent Council for 2022/27. It outlines not only what the people of Blaenau Gwent can expect from the Council but equally, what the Council is asking from its citizens and partners. It is about achieving real outcomes for the people of Blaenau Gwent and is underpinned by solid and sustainable business plans, ensuring the Council can be held to account for what it has promised to deliver.
Blaenau Gwent Corporate Plan 2022/27
As a Council it is important that we can demonstrate the progress we have made against the priorities outlined in our Corporate Plan therefore an annual implementation plan and a suite of Key Performance Indicators have been developed. These show the planned activities for 2023/2024 which are aligned to our corporate objectives, this will help to identify where we are performing well and help to drive future improvements. The Council will provide an update on progress against the actions and key performance indicators when available.
