In July 2009 Blaenau Gwent tenants voted to transfer the ownership and management of the Council’s 6,300 homes to a brand new housing organisation called Tai Calon Community Housing Ltd (Tai Calon). It is anticipated that the transfer will officially take place in summer 2010 - please check this site again for further updates.
