Lift

LIFT (CODI) (Torfaen, Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly) is a community based, lifestyle-improvement change programme, that addresses key barriers that inhibit young people (14-24) achieving their potential, securing sustained employment and becoming active citizens within their communities.

The project will address barriers in a holistic way by supporting the health needs of the individual, highlighting softer outcomes such as emotional and physical well-being.

Young people will grow in confidence helping them take control of their lives, understanding their responsibilities and the consequences of lifestyle choices, whilst promoting their employability through skills and qualifications.
 
The project offers:

  • One to one mentoring
  • Health & wellbeing Support
  • Break down young people’s barriers and build self confidence to help young person risk their full potential
  • Support access to education, employment & Training.
