A seminar is being held on Wednesday 21 February at Abertillery Sports Centre to raise awareness of the changes that have come into effect as a result of the new Disability Discrimination Act 2005. Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council and Blaenau Gwent Local Health Board will be running the seminar.
