Do you know your responsibilities and rights?

You as a tenant are responsible for:

• The cleanliness of your home
• Your visitors’ behaviour
• Your children’s behaviour
• Your rubbish; and
• Your pets

You must not;

• Cause excessive noise, particularly at night; and
• Cause nuisance

If YOU, however, are suffering due to your neighbour, there is help at hand.
