Housing Repairs - Rechargeable Repairs

Repairs that are required to your property because of deliberate or persistent accidental damage or negligence, caused by yourself, a member of your household or a visitor to your home, may be designated as a ‘re-chargeable repair’. You will be responsible to pay for ‘re-chargeable’ repairs.

If damage is caused to your property as a result of vandalism please ensure you contact the police and obtain an incident number. If you do not contact the police you may receive a bill for the cost of the damage.
