Emergency Repairs

Outside of normal hours the council operates an out-of-hours service for emergency repairs only. This service is provided between the following hours: -

• 5.00pm to 8.50am on weekdays          
• 24hrs a day at weekends & during public holidays.

Please remember emergency repairs are classed as:

Those, which are required to prevent serious structural damage to your home, prevent loss of essential services or to avoid serious risk to your health and safety.

Examples of this are:

• Water leaks
• No electricity
• No water
