You must provide us with access to your home to enable repair/maintenance work to be carried out.
Repair Timescales
Each repair that is received is prioritised. The more urgent the repair required, the quicker the repair will be carried out. Housing Services sets limits for the response and completion of different types of repair. You can expect emergency repairs to be carried out within 24hrs and urgent repairs to be carried out within 3 working days e.g. electricial works or 7 working days e.g. roof leaks.
