Housing Allocations - Allocation System

Housing Services allocates properties based on a points system. Points are allocated according to the individual circumstances of each applicant and their household (the points system is set out in the document below). Points will be awarded on the basis of evidence provided by the applicant.

Points are awarded after the interview/home visit has taken place and based on any supporting information provided. All relevant information is logged onto the computer which generates the points and 'LIVE' status of the application.
