The Blaenau Gwent Landlords Forum is organised by the Council but is run by landlords for landlords. The Forum promotes consultation between the Council and private landlords, and gives landlords the opportunity to meet with the Council and discuss private sector legislation and any other issues that will affect them. The Forum is also an effective arena to exchange news, views and experiences. This is a great opportunity to learn from each other. Guest speakers are invited by the forum to attend and give updates on all areas affecting the private rented sector to improve standards and create business opportunities for landlords.
The Chair and Vice Chair are experienced local landlords.
Anyone who owns and rents one or more private homes in Blaenau Gwent can join the forum. Membership is free. The National Landlords Association supports the forum.
