There are currently 67 members of the Blaenau Gwent Social Care Partnership.  To become a member you should telephone Deborah Gibbons, Workforce Development and Planning Officer who is the Partnership Co-ordinator on (01495) 357877, or email deborah.gibbons@blaenau-gwent.gov.uk.

You will then receive an email with information about the Partnership together with a membership form to complete.  Alternatively you can complete the membership application form in the 'related documents' box and return your completed form to Deborah Gibbons by email, post or fax.  Deborah will then contact you to arrange a meeting.

The information you provide will be used to enable us to communicate effectively with you and also provide us with details on your organisation for our records.

Once the membership form has been completed and returned you will be sent additional detailed information about the Partnership and how you can access the training programmes.

Further information and updates will be distributed at Partnership Events and also sent out regularly by post or email.
