The Management Board consists of 16 representatives from the following:
- 4 from the Voluntary Sector
- 4 private providers (Domiciliary Sector, Registered/Nursing Home Sector, Residential Care Home Sector)
- 2 from the Health Sector
- 2 Education/training providers
- Social Services Department
- Co-ordinator of the full Partnership
- Workforce Development Manager
- Service Manager – Performance and Development
- Commissioning & Contracting Team Manager
The purpose of the board is to:
- Produce, agree and make decisions on the five year strategy plan and an annual Business Plan.
- Assist the implementation, evaluation and review of these plans, including the progress of the individual action plans.
- Agree the agenda for the main Partnership Events.
- Monitor membership and maintain a members list.
- Identify, access and manage resources on behalf of the Partnership.
- Lead on Workforce Development issues in response to changes in national, regional and local guidance and developments.
Board Meetings and the main Partnership Events are held 6 times a year.
