Management Board

The Management Board consists of 16 representatives from the following:

  • 4 from the Voluntary Sector
  • 4 private providers (Domiciliary Sector, Registered/Nursing Home Sector, Residential Care Home Sector)
  • 2 from the Health Sector
  • 2 Education/training providers
  • Social Services Department
  • Co-ordinator of the full Partnership
  • Workforce Development Manager
  • Service Manager – Performance and Development
  • Commissioning & Contracting Team Manager

The purpose of the board is to:


  • Produce, agree and make decisions on the five year strategy plan and an annual Business Plan.
  • Assist the implementation, evaluation and review of these plans, including the progress of the individual action plans.
  • Agree the agenda for the main Partnership Events.
  • Monitor membership and maintain a members list.
  • Identify, access and manage resources on behalf of the Partnership.
  • Lead on Workforce Development issues in response to changes in national, regional and local guidance and developments.

Board Meetings and the main Partnership Events are held 6 times a year.
