These sites are open to residents every day except Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Opening hours are extended in the summer months.
8.30am - 7.00pm (1st May to 30th September)
8.30am - 4.30pm (1st October to 30th April)
Recycling facilities for green waste, glass, cans, textiles, paper/cardboard, oil, CFCs, scrap metal and car batteries are provided at household recycling centres. In addition recycling banks are distributed throughout the borough for the collection of glass, cans and textiles.
