The Neighbourhood Services Team are based within the Environmental Health Section of Blaenau Gwent Council.  Amongst other issues the team deal with all private sector housing functions including:

• Housing Standards Enforcement;
• Houses in Multiple Occupation;
• Drainage Investigations;
• Empty Properties;
• Landlord and tenant relationships;
• Housing Renewal and Grants.
