Blaenau Gwent Team Around the Child is a new way of supporting children and young people.  It will ensure that all agencies work together to provide the best possible service for each child or young person benefiting from the programme.  Following a holistic assessment of the child or young person's needs (using the Common Assessment Framework) a key worker will be appointed to work with the child, young person, family members and other agencies to develop an individual support plan.
