There
will be a review carried out of the demand, revenue and performance of the
scheme against the forecasts 12 months after implementation. This will be
used to provide performance information on the current scheme and as a
valuable input into future schemes. In
addition, as part of its operating regime, Arriva Trains Wales has a
franchise commitment in terms of service deliverability and performance.
The DfT will provide data on performance in these areas.
