School - Complaints Procedure

Your voice counts to us. It helps us to provide a better service for you. We would like to hear your compliments, comments and complaints about any of the services provided by Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council.

Blaenau Gwent Council are committed to providing an efficient, high quality service that aims to meet the needs of all our customers. If you feel we are doing well in delivering your services then let us know, alternatively if you feel that as an organisation we are not delivering the service you would expect, you can call in person, telephone or write, through our Corporate Compliments, Comments and Complaints procedure.

This leaflet attached aims to provide you with help in doing this, but should only be used for complaints and not requests for services; this means a complaint regarding service provision you are receiving or, putting this another way, where you are not satisfied with some aspect of the service you have received or been offered and are doubtful that your concerns will be addressed.

Complaints officers have been designated to deal with complaints on your behalf and will try to sort out problems and misunderstandings with Managers and yourself immediately.
