We would like to hear your compliments, comments and complaints about any of the services provided by Blaenau Gwent.

The original complaint should be made to the Officer concerned, as the Officer may not be aware of your problem or concern.

If you are still dissatisfied after the first stage, please complain to the Complaints Officer for the division.
