Unfortunately accidents can occur within the home resulting in damage to furniture and personal belongings.

The Council is not responsible for insuring tenants house contents nor can it reimburse in any way any loss a tenant may sustain.
The Council recommends that tenants make suitable arrangements to insure their contents against the risk of loss or damage’.
