To report all repairs telephone the Housing Hotline - Monday to Friday between 8:50am and 5:00 pm. You must provide us with access to your home to enable repair/maintenance work to be carried out.
Repair Timescales
Each report that is received is prioritised. The more urgent the repair required, the quicker the repair will be carried out. Housing Services sets limits for the response and completion of different types of repair. You can expect your urgent repair to be carried out within 3 working days e.g. electricial works or 7 working days e.g. roof leaks. Non urgent repairs are carried out within 20 working days e.g. overflow problems.

Zoning Programme
Non-urgent repairs may be carried out as part of a planned Zoning Programme, on an area-by-area basis to maximise service efficiency and effectiveness.
