We want to help you live in safety, free from discrimination and harassment, in a pleasant environment. If you are having problems with your neighbours, please put your complaint in writing to the Antisocial Behaviour Manager. The Council will not become involved in resolving disputes between neighbours unless the dispute causes a breach of tenancy or the action of one or both parties contravenes rules that the Local Authority have the responsibility to enforce. It will be the Councils intention to resolve problems informally. However, if this fails or the breach is of a serious nature, the Council will make an investigation that could result in legal proceedings and the possibility of the offending persons being evicted from their home.
