The Sundry Accounts Section of Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council holds the records for the 7 cemeteries within the County Borough, namely Blaina, Brynithel, Brynmawr, Cefn Golau, Cwm, Dukestown and Ebbw Vale.

We are able to undertake family searches on behalf of members of the public. Requests for searches can be made in writing, via e-mail or over the telephone as per the contact details below.

To enable an accurate search to be carried out it is essential to supply full names and approximate dates of death. Any other information that can be supplied would be appreciated as this can assist in the accuracy of the search.

From the 5th April 2007 there will be a £10.00 administration charge per request (a request can include more than one person).
