Blaenau Gwent Registration Service is continually investigating ways to improve services offered to customers and trying to improve how we work with funeral directors, doctors, midwives, libraries, Local Authority Departments and anyone who has an interest in the registration service. 

Each person who uses the registration service is asked to complete a satisfaction card so we can monitor our performance.  This information can help us identify areas that may need to be improved or highlight problems people have when accessing our services. 

A more detailed customer consultation was carried out during August and September 2009 when registration staff visited Tredegar, Abertillery and Ebbw Vale.  They handed out questionnaires and gave out information on the service.

Parking is outside the grounds in the car parks near the gates at both the Morgan Street and Stable Lane entrances although there is designated disabled parking at the House.
