Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council hosts a number of arts venues and also provides a wide range of arts activities across the County Borough.
Blaenau Gwent has four main arts venues – Beaufort Theatre & Ballroom, Ebbw Vale, Abertillery Community Theatre, the Market Hall Cinema, Brynmawr and the newly refurbished Met Cultural and Conference Centre in Abertillery. All venues host shows and events throughout the year. The Market Hall Cinema, Brynmawr is an excellent venue to see all the latest big blockbuster films on the big screen.
Blaenau Gwent Arts Development provides a great selection of structured programmes and projects throughout the year covering the visual arts, dance and drama.
