Parc Bryn Bach Running Club
The club has been established since the 1970’s and its members have been successful in all running disciplines such as marathons and off road events. The club regularly uses Parc Bryn Bach as a place to train throughout the year. Not only does the park contain a level circular track around its lake, but hosts many off road paths through fields and woodland.
Parc Bryn Bach Running Club is always looking for new members whether they are new to running and want to improve their fitness, or currently enjoy the sport.
The club will be meeting every Thursday evening at 6:20pm starting from 3rd April outside the visitor centre of the park.
Each new member will have the opportunity to talk to experienced runners to establish their ability and routes will be designed for all to enjoy, with no one being left on their own.
Anyone is welcome to come and train with the club and undertake a few taster sessions to establish if they want to become a member. Membership to the club is only £10 a year, with an extra £5 a year if a member wishes to compete for the club.
For more information about the club, contact Parc Bryn Bach Running Club Secretary Clive Cooksey on 01495 722700.
