Out of Hours Service
The Out of Hours Emergency service handle emergency council housing repair calls between 4:30pm and 9am Monday to Friday, and over the weekend between 4:30pm Friday and 9am Monday morning. They will assess if the problem is an emergency and then contact the relevant standby teams if a callout is necessary.
They also deal with the Out of Hours problems for services such as highways, impounding, floods and street lights. For any out of hours enquiries call C2BG Out of Hours on 0845 2010828 and wait until you get through to an operator.
