From Monday 11th May 2009 C2BG has new opening hours for its Contact Centre. Our opening hours are from 8am until 6pm, Monday to Friday. You can contact our trained advisors to access a range of services by calling us on (01495) 311556.
You can still access services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by using the ‘Online Forms’ section of this website, or leaving a non-urgent voicemail outside of our normal opening times. These will be dealt with on the next working day.
You can also access our services in person at the Outreach points in all libraries and sports centres during their opening times, and also by visiting the new Customer Service point located at the Civic Centre in Ebbw Vale. They are open from 8am until 6pm, Monday to Friday.
