Children's Complaints Service

YOUR VOICE COUNTS TOO!

If you are unhappy about any of the services the Council provides, you have a right to complain.  Children between the ages of 5 and 18 now have a new service to use, which is called a One Stop Shop, where you can explain your complaint and have a reply from the same person..  The person who will help you is a service buddy, and will welcome your complaints or ideas for improvements.  Your service buddy will investigate your complaint, and get back to you about this complaint, or she will make a note about your ideas for a service improvement, and feed it to the manager of that particular service.

The freephone number of this new service is 08000 121 123 or you can text  07786 202 915 or use the email address in the 'Contact information' panel below.  If you prefer, you can write to Service Buddy at the Complaints Department, Civic Centre, Ebbw Vale. NP23 6XB
