Adult residential services in Blaenau Gwent consist of:

• 4 residential homes for older people.
• 1 residential facility for adults with a learning disability.
• 1 respite home ("short break" facility) for adults with a learning disability.

Statement of Purpose:  Our purpose is to provide high quality 24 hour residential care for older people whilst supporting and maintaining their independence and choice.

Each home can respond (within available resources) to emergency needs within the community, eg supplying a meal, laundering, day respite care.

LEARNING DISABILITY SERVICES

Service Aim: to provide high quality long term care for adults with learning disabilities whilst supporting and maintaining their independence and choice.

Augusta House, Augusta Park, Victoria, Ebbw Vale, NP23 8DN

Service Aim: to provide high quality short term care for adults with learning disabilities whilst supporting and maintaining their independence and choice.
