Planning Control  

Reporting to the Planning Committee, the Planning Control Team is responsible for the determination of planning (and related) applications. In addition, we provide free advice on preliminary proposals. The Team is also responsible for the enforcement of planning control and contesting planning appeals.

We are conveniently located in Blaina High Street. Our office is fully accessible to disabled customers. Free parking is available to the side and rear of the building as well as the main town centre car park less than 100m away.

The Planning pages of the website contain our contact details as well as useful advice notes, lists of planning applications and links to external planning websites e.g. the Planning Portal.
