Please call C2BG Contact Centre on (01495) 311556 as they will contact the foreman and alert him that a recollection needs to be made.
What time should my refuse/recycling be put out?
The refuse/recycling needs to be put out at the relevant bin point/recycling point by 7am on the collection day. To find out what day either is picked up please call C2BG Contact Centre on (01495) 311556.
I have large/extra items to be taken with my refuse. Will the refuse men take these?
No the normal refuse men will not collect the large items. You need to book them in as a separtae lorry comes round. Please refer to 'Refuse - Special Collections'.

Please call C2BG Contact Centre on (01495) 311556 and our operators can advise you on how you can purchase a wheelie bin, and also arrange for recycling bags to be sent out. We can also advise of your collection days, and collection points.
What recycling goes into the BLUE sacks?
- Cans - food and drinks cans, foil
- Plastic – bottles
- Glass – bottles and jars
What recycling goes into the CLEAR sacks?
- Paper
- Cardboard
What CANNOT be recycled?
- Broken glass, crockery, Pyrex, vision ware or window glass
- Plastic - plastic bags, cling film, polystyrene meat trays, toys
- Paint tins
- Food contaminated cardboard
