What is C2BG?
Connect to Blaenau Gwent Or C2BG is a customer focussed facility delivering modern, efficient and cost effective services to users in the communities in which they live. C2BG offers a range of ways to contact the council. Connect, communicate and choice is the ethos of C2BG, which means you can access council services via the telephone, post, minicom, email and most importantly face to face through a network of local venues in the heart of Blaenau Gwent's communities.
What is Outreach?
Outreach is a network of over 35 local venues that act as customer service points for the whole range of C2BG services. These points include Libraries, Sports Centres and Face to Face Venues, a timetable of which can be accessed by clicking this link to 'Outreach'.
When will Outreach be in my area?
Please click this link 'Outreach' to access a timetable for the face to face venues, and also opening times for the Libraries and Sport Centres.
Where are the C2BG Control Room and Contact Centres Based?
The Contact Centre, Control Room and Duty Referral teams are based in Barleryfields at Brynmawr. The services offered by the Contact Centre can also be accessed throughout the borough at the Outreach venues. These include the Libraries and Sport Centres, and the Face to Face venues, a timetable of which can be obtained by clicking on the 'Outreach' link.
If I go to an Outreach venue can I speak to a Housing Officer?
Yes, appointments can be made for a Housing Officer to meet you at an Outreach venue, but you must call the Housing Department on (01495) 354600 to arrange the appointment first.
