My road is impassible due to the bad weather. Can you send the gritter/plough down my street?
No, unfortunately our gritters and ploughs will only clear the bus routes. Due to resouces we can only cover these.
The sandbox in my area is empty. Can you send someone out to refill it?
If this is within office hours you should contact C2BG (01495) 311556 and ask to speak to Highways. Out of Hours we can take the request and pass it on to the HIghways Supervisor who will use his discretion as to whether to call out the emergency team.

No, this is not something the council can deal with. Please contact the waterboard as the fault is with them.

No, there is no Out of Hours emergency service. Please contact C2BG Contact Centre on (01495) 311556 on the next working day, anytime after 8am.
