You can still access services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by using the ‘Online Forms’ section of this website, or leaving a non-urgent voicemail outside of our normal opening times. These will be dealt with on the next working day.
You can also access our services in person at the Outreach points in all libraries and sports centres during their opening times, and also by visiting the new Customer Service point located at the Civic Centre in Ebbw Vale. They are open from 8am until 6pm, Monday to Friday.
C2BG contact centre is a customer focused facility delivering modern, efficient and cost-effective services to users in the communities in which they live.
C2BG offers a choice of ways to contact the council and all services provided by C2BG.
The ethos of C2BG is 'connect', 'communicate' and 'choice'. This means you can access C2BG via the telephone, post, minicom and email, but most importantly face to face through a network of local 'Outreach' venues in the heart of Blaenau Gwent's commmunities.
Over 25 council services, including pest control, refuse and recycling collections, large item collections, abandoned cars, anti-social behaviour, noise nuisance, school meals, university grants, job applications, leisure sevices and blue badges, are available through C2BG via one phone call and the 'Outreach' venues.
