Council Housing
Blaenau Gwent CBC is no longer a social landlord and it does not own any council houses, flats or sheltered housing complexes.All social housing in Blaenau Gwent is now provided by Tai Calon Housing Community Housing Ltd.
The Council still has a crucial role to play in the housing arena, however, and has a statutory duty to help people who are either homeless or threatened with homelessness.
