Our contact centre (C2BG) is currently operating 24 hours a day – the number is 01495 311556. The 24 hour service is for emergencies only (after 5.30pm). The emergency out-of-hours contact number for Council housing repairs and environmental health – including noise nuisance – is 0845 056 8035. The Social Services Duty Team can be contacted from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm on 01495 315700. For Social Services out-of-hours call the Emergency Duty Team on 0800 3284432.
