Blaenau Gwent Council is hosting an event for people who have reached their 50th birthday and beyond – and would like to find out about their health and welfare or about leisure activities.

The Council’s “Healthier, Wealthier and Wiser 50 plus Event” is being held in the Committee Rooms at the Civic Centre, Ebbw Vale, on Monday 7 April from 12.00 – 3.00pm.

There will be lots of useful information for people over 50 - including Blaenau Gwent employees. Come along to find out about your pension and have a free health check. There will be displays on voluntary work opportunities, leisure activities, welfare rights advice, fire safety, adult education and keeping fit and active.
